Several states had pivotal elections on November 7th. We gathered with organizers to hear what happened, what it means — and how we gear up now to win in 2024. Here are their stories.

We heard from:
- Tram Nguyen, Co-Executive Director of New Virginia Majority, celebrating their epic electoral victory in both Virginia legislative chambers.
- Misha Barnes, Executive Director of Ohio Progressive Collaborative, sharing their successful ballot amendment campaign for abortion rights.
- Steve Paul, Executive Director of One Pennsylvania, recapping judicial, county, and local victories in the Keystone State.
- Cliff Albright, Cofounder & Executive Director of Black Voters Matter Fund, describing their success in the Kentucky governor’s race.
With early voting for the 2024 elections less than 11 months away, we’re seeing more donors pledge to give early, so local organizations in swing states will have time to staff up, scale up, and level up their operations to mobilize every last vote.
