New Hampshire: 603 Forward, New Hampshire Youth Movement - Housing victory. On December 16, 2025, the Manchester Board of Mayor and Aldermen passed an updated, pro-housing land use code. Read more at MVP’s storybank.
New Jersey: Make the Road New Jersey - Immigration policy victory. The New Jersey state legislature passed an immigration protection package on the last day of the 2025 session. Read more at MVP’s storybank.
Virginia: In 2025, groups including New Virginia Majority, CASA in Action, and UNITE HERE Virginia all helped win full Democratic control of the state government. Thanks to those efforts, Virginia’s new legislature just passed four constitutional amendments, which will each face referendum votes in April or November, to: 1) Enable the legislature to enact congressional redistricting, 2) Protect abortion rights, 3) Restore voting rights for returning citizens, and 4) Protect same-sex marriage.
