It’s the inside scoop on how organizers responded in courageous and brilliant ways to the ICE occupation of Minnesota.

I cried through most of the second half… tears of empathy – and pride.

Minnesota is a playbook for all of us – which MVP is working with hundreds of local partners to spread nationwide.

ps. We made this video in part because we want everyone to understand how strategically brilliant local organizers are! One tiny example: The morning Alex Pretti was murdered, there could have been a riot. But organizers got together at 10 am and put out the word to hold decentralized local candlelight vigils at 7 pm all over the state (vs. one big protest). This strategic discipline kept the spotlight on the Trump regime’s cruelty and violence, and helped win hearts and minds across the country. The tide is turning — and we have organizers to thank.
