Rachel Hill

Regional Philanthropic Director

Rachel Hill joined MVP in 2024 as the Regional Philanthropic Director for the Western Region.

Her fundraising experience includes both small, grassroots organizations and large, national nonprofits. Most recently, she worked with Planned Parenthood’s national office as a Philanthropy Advisor, working with the organization’s most generous donors on the West Coast and raising funds across C3, C4, and 527 entities.

Rachel holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree from New York University. She grew up in Berkeley, California, and began her development career in NYC, returning to the Bay Area in 2012. When she’s not working, you’ll find her making quilts, at a rock show, at spin class, getting nail art, or swimming in the Russian River. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and chihuahua.
