Kristee Paschall

Kristee Paschall is the National Director of Civic Engagement, leading MVP’s strategy to build and strengthen relationships with national, multi-state, and other partners across organizing, civic engagement, policy, and movement spaces.

Before MVP, Kristee was the Co-Director of Electoral Powerbuilding at Community Change Action, leading a dynamic team of electoral strategists to build independent political power. She has led local, state, and national campaigns on issues like immigration, healthcare, democracy, climate, and economic justice. She is passionate about innovations that build durable capacities and agency.

As the National Director of Win Justice (CCCA, Color of Change PAC, Planned Parenthood Votes & SEIU), Kristee led the effort to mobilize 2.5 million people of color and union supporters in FL, MI, and NV. At Wellstone Action (now re:POWER), she coached people and progressive organizations to build power. She served as Political Director for Faith in Action, launching their data & integrated voter engagement programs and research to optimize voter and relational organizing strategies.

She served in Morocco with the Peace Corps and lives in Denver, CO.
