As the Senior Manager of People Operations at MVP, Kimbaly will lead and/or assist with the full range of People Operations/HR responsibilities: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, training, policy documentation, staff development, retention, morale, and organizational culture. As an employee advocate, she has seen firsthand how an employee-first approach builds company culture and a sense of belonging.
Her experience includes more than a decade of working in Human resources including previously serving as a People and Culture Specialist for a NYC-based Hospitality company, Senior People and Culture Specialist/HRIS Analyst with an eDiscovery company, and as an Office Manager/HR Representative for a TEM company. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she currently lives with her son and dog and spends her free time reading and binge-watching shows.
