Having trouble accessing a tool, finding information, or completing a task? Start here.
- If you are trying to access the Event Hosts Dashboard

- If you are an event host please make sure you have signed our confidentiality agreement. Once that is signed you should be able to go to the link above and view your event information. If you are still having issues please reach out to your hub data+ teach lead.
- If you are trying to access the Donor Organizing and Events Dashboard

- I forgot my Airtable password
- If you forgot your Airtable password click here to reset it. This will send a link to the email associated with your Airtable account"
Each volunteer hub stores their documents on a google drive account that is specific to the hub and not connected to MVP’s servers. To gain access to hub specific resources we recommend reaching out to one of the Tech + Data leads in your hub, their contact information is below.
There are three Zoom accounts for volunteer use they each allow for 500 participants:

The password is the same for all Zoom lines: MVP0rganize! (Please note the 0 is a zero)
Go to the zoom app on your device or click here to log into Zoom. If you are logged into a personal account you will need to sign out before you can log into an MVP Volunteer account.
If you are logging into an MVP zoom account for an event please make sure that you are logging into the correct one (we have 3!).

If there is a link in MVP documentation that is broken or is leading to the wrong page please alert your hub data + tech lead or Will.pierce@movement.vote. Thanks for catching it!
- If you have an Airtable form that is not loading try refreshing your page. If that does not work and the form takes more than 5 minutes to load please reach out to your hub data + tech lead for further help.
- If there is a google for you are trying to load and it is not working, please reach out to the owner of that form (likely someone in your hub).
- If there is a form on the MVP website that is not loading or working properly please reach out to Will.pierce@movement.vote.
If you are having issues with Airtable please refer to Volunteer Hubs Dashboard Documentation for detailed instructions on how to use Airtable. If you are still having issues or you find something that is broken or incorrect on a Dashboard please reach out to your data + tech hub leads who will escalate the issue to MVP staff is necessary.
- If you are having issues joining a Zoom call check that you are using the correct link and you are logged into the correct Zoom account. If you are still having issues please reach out to the creator of the Zoom call, likely the event host or Zoom Manager.

We have a Zoom Manager program to help with all tech needs around virtual events. Click here to learn more about Zoom Managers.
To request a Zoom Manager for your event, email zoom-managers@movement.vote with the date in the subject line. Include a few details about the event and if there are specific tasks that you need from the Zoom Manager like creating breakout rooms.
