From marching in the streets against autocracy to mobilizing at the ballot box for our future, MVP partners are out in these streets. Check out what they’ve been up to over the past few weeks.

No Kings 3!
At least 8 million people took to the streets on March 28 as part of the third No Kings mass mobilization. Across the U.S. and in more than a dozen other countries, organizers held more than 3,300 No Kings events — the largest number of protests in a single day in U.S. history.
MVP was proud to be an official partner of No Kings 3. We made sure to get the MVP family out in full force, including so many of you and, of course, our partners.
Here’s a sampling of what our collective power looks like when we take action together.

What’s on the ballot?
Wisconsin Supreme Court Election
On Tuesday, April 7, Wisconsinites will cast their ballots in a critical state Supreme Court race that could have a major impact on issues like redistricting, abortion access, and workers’ rights. MVF partners are busy educating voters and getting out the vote in this nonpartisan race.
- BLOC (Black Leaders Organizing for Communities) is helping voters find their polling locations if they want to vote early or on Election Day.
- Wisconsin Muslim Civic Alliance is educating voters on early voting and encouraging voters to bring a friend to the polls.
Missouri Redistricting
It’s no surprise that trying to defeat a gerrymandered electoral map has been an uphill battle in Missouri. But not because MVP partner People Not Politicians isn’t up to the task. They are more than ready, having worked for months to collect and submit more than 305,000 signatures to get a citizens’ veto (essentially a ballot measure) on the ballot to defeat the gerrymandered maps.
But the Missouri Secretary of State and Attorney General are ignoring 100 years of precedent and the legal citizens’ veto process, opting to let the gerrymandered maps stand, rather than freezing them while legal battles wage. People Not Politicians continues to educate voters on why supporting the citizens’ veto is important and to pressure local elected leaders to stand up to the Secretary of State and Attorney General.

Virginia Reproductive Freedom
In November, Virginians will have the opportunity to vote on a ballot measure that would enshrine reproductive freedom in the state constitution. MVP partner Virginians for Reproductive Freedom is mobilizing voters and launching their campaign with a march and rally in Richmond next month. Register here.

Advocacy and Organizing Across the Country
No data centers! More affordable healthcare! Taxing billionaires! MVP partners across the country are advocating and organizing for people’s rights and livelihoods.
Wisconsin: Wisconsin’s Supreme Court election is on Tuesday, April 7, but that’s not the only thing happening in the Badger State. MVP partner Citizen Action Wisconsin held a Data Center and Utility Rates Town Hall this week to provide a space for community members to learn about the impact of data centers and speak directly with local elected leaders about their concerns.
Citizen Action Wisconsin has also been busy advocating for the BadgerCare Public Option to make health care better and more affordable. Check out their social media to learn more about the BadgerCare Public Option and what Citizen Action Wisconsin is doing about it, including how Wisconsinites can take action.
Georgia: Black Voters Matter Fund engaged college students at Kennesaw State University in a powerful Day of Service, providing an opportunity for young Georgians to discuss the issues they care most about, including the threat of ICE at polling locations as the midterms approach. Kennesaw State students launched a friend-to-friend campaign reaching over 200+ people in their network in just 25 minutes.
Pennsylvania: PA Stands Up held their 2026 member convening, galvanizing support to pressure lawmakers to make “corporations, Big Tech companies, and billionaires pay their fair share in taxes” and invest in programs that working-class Pennsylvanians need.
New Jersey: Make the Road New Jersey is holding their Congressional leaders accountable. They have been demanding that New Jersey divest from Palantir — a massive tech company that provides technology and services to ICE to track and surveil immigrants. On April 13, Make the Road New Jersey is holding a rally to demand that Rep. Josh Gottheimer stop taking political contributions from Palantir.
