Talya Stagg
Talya (she/her) is a Philanthropic Advisor at Movement Voter Project, where she focuses on donors and partnerships in Los Angeles and Southern California.
Talya has built her expertise at the intersection of philanthropy, politics and entertainment with experience that includes high profile charitable campaigns, strategic partnerships, and philanthropic and political development.
She is the Founder and President of Elevate Strategic Advising, a social impact consulting firm, where she works with organizations and individuals that seek innovative approaches to maximizing their impact.
Previously, Talya served as the founding Associate Director of Good Robot, the social impact arm of Bad Robot Productions and Associate Director of the Katie McGrath & J.J. Abrams Family Foundation. During her time as a political fundraiser, she served as a key member of the national finance teams for both Governor Ted Strickland of Ohio and Senator Mark Udall of Colorado.
Talya holds a master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School of Business at USC and a BA in Political Science from UCSB. She and her family live in Woodland Hills and love spending time together offline and off the grid exploring the local beaches, tide pools and trails.
