Robert Mazzaferro

Senior Finance Officer

Robert joins MVP as our Senior Finance Officer, bringing 15 years of nonprofit financial management. He began his career as a grants accountant at the Gay Men’s Health Crisis, with a passion for ensuring folks affected by HIV/AIDS receive services and care.

Deeply affected by the 2016 presidential election, Robert took his passion to the next level by joining the social justice movement as Chief Financial Officer for Make The Road New York. There, he helped transform the organization from a state-based group into a national one, building and streamlining systems across multiple entities.

Robert lives on Long Island, New York, with his beloved Yorkshire terriers. He enjoys yoga, attending rock concerts, and teaching himself guitar.
