Natalie has built her career at the intersection of civic engagement and leadership development. A relational organizer at her core, she prides herself on creating opportunities for people to reflect on their values and identity, see themselves as active changemakers, and feel equipped to take action in their community.

With over a decade of experience in policy strategy, youth organizing, and facilitation, Natalie is intentional about building organizational capacity and growing leaders. Before joining MVP, Natalie worked at the Minnesota Youth Collective, where she trained young organizers, passed housing justice policies, and expanded democracy for all Minnesotans.

Natalie is lucky to call Chicago home, and can be found sampling new ice cream spots, curating her earring collection, and laughing with friends outside, preferably on a patio!
