SONG Power

SONG Power is building a base of Pro-Black, Queer, Trans, Latinx, and Worker voters across the state. Thanks to their transformational campaigning program, the organization engaged over 22,000 residents to help win both Senate seats in 2021. After the general election, SONG Power continued to shift power, build community, and get one step closer to liberation using volunteer training, deep canvassing, and phone banking.

Electoral work is just one of the many approaches our movement uses to building long-term political power for communities. With a more unified government, SONG Power, together with other local MVP partners, will continue to mobilize and engage Black, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ communities in the South.
