Seattle Dance for Democracy 2026

Do you like to dance? Are you ready to raise money to protect democracy by winning the midterms?

On May 16th, 2026, a group of feisty, fun-loving resisters from Seattle, Olympia, and the greater Western Washington area will be hosting a Dance for Democracy. Dancers will recruit sponsors to make donations to support MVP's grassroots partners for the 2026 midterms and beyond. Our goal is to raise at least $100K for MVP leading up to this event. Then we’ll celebrate our efforts with an incredible dance party in Seattle DJ’d by Jyoti B. Fly of KEXP’s Wo’Pop.

Sign up here to be a dancer and fundraise for MVP, then come dance! We'll provide you with everything you need to explain MVP’s mission and why it’s important to give now. You'll reach out to your family, friends, and community to recruit sponsors to donate to MVP. Our dance coaches will support you along the way.

We recommend that you recruit a minimum of five sponsors, and/or raise a minimum of $500, to help us meet our goal.
