WE DID IT.
Biden is on track to secure the more than 270 electoral votes he needs to become the next President of the United States.
Hard to believe. But true.
WE ACTUALLY DID IT.
Our four-year nightmare is finally coming to an end.
My eyes are filled with tears as I write this. We are grateful beyond words to MVP’s local partner organizations in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and Nebraska. It was their tireless work, risking their own health during a pandemic, that did this. They organized their own communities as trusted messengers, contacting tens of millions of Black voters, Latinx voters, AAPI voters, indigenous voters, Muslim voters, white voters, and young voters. And we are especially grateful for the power of Black women’s leadership.
MVP’s local partners won this election. They got Biden across the line. They are the ones who secured Biden’s margin of victory.
We are eternally grateful to them. We are incredibly proud of them, and of all of you who helped them do it.
There is so much more to say about what comes next and our vision to make the 2020s a progressive decade. Report backs and plans coming soon.
But first, we wanted to say, on behalf of all of us at MVP and all of our partners, THANK YOU for everything you did to secure this historic victory.
However, it’s not over. We still have to win the Senate.
MVP is going all hands on deck in Georgia for the Senate runoff on January 5th. Georgia’s voter registration deadline is December 7th, so we have to act fast to make sure our grassroots partners have all the money they need immediately.
Please donate now to MVP’s Georgia Fund.
And please spread the word — 100% of donations will go to MVP’s heroic local partners in Georgia.
Let’s keep winning!
